Verizon Wireless: Verizon Wireless (legally named Cellco Partnership,often branded and referred to simply as Verizon) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Verizon Communications. As of January 2016, Verizon Wireless provided wireless services to 140.1 million subscribers. It is the largest wireless telecommunications provider in the United States.Headquartered in Basking Ridge, New Jersey, the company was originally a joint venture of American telecommunications firm Bell Atlantic, which would soon become Verizon Communications, and British multinational telecommunications company Vodafone.As of September 2, 2015, Verizon changed their logo and slogan to the current ones, with the new slogan, “Better Matters. AT&T Mobility: AT&T Mobility LLC, formerly known as Cingular Wireless, is a wholly owned subsidiary of AT&T that provides wireless services to 128.6 million subscribers in the United States  including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. AT&T Mobility is the second largest wireless telecommunications provider in the United States and Puerto Rico behind Verizon Wireless. AT&T Mobility is headquartered in the Lenox Park area of Brook haven, Georgia, just outside Atlanta.Originally known as Cingular Wireless from 2000 to 2007, a joint venture between SBC Communications and BellSouth, the company acquired the old AT&T Wireless in 2004; SBC later acquired the original AT&T. The German telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom (DT) is its majority shareholder, through DT’s holding company T-Mobile International AG. Its headquarters are located in Bellevue, Washington, in the Seattle metropolitan area. In terms of number of customers, T-Mobile is the 3rd largest wireless carrier in the United States with, as of 3rd quarter 2015, 61 million customers, behind AT&T (126 million) and Verizon (137 million).T-Mobile US provides wireless voice, messaging, and data services in the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands under the T-Mobile,MetroPCS and GoSmart Mobile brands, as well as serving as the host network of a large number of independent MVNOs. The company operates the third largest wireless network in the U.S. market with over 63.2 million customers and annual revenues of $32 billion. Its nationwide network reaches 98 percent of Americans, through its EDGE 2G/HSPA 3G/HSPA+ 4G/4G LTE networks, as well as through roaming agreements . As of 2011, J. D. Power and Associates, a global marketing-information-services firm, ranked the company highest among major wireless carriers for retail-store satisfaction four years consecutively and highest for wireless customer care two years consecutively.

Sprint Corporation: Sprint Corporation, commonly referred to as Sprint, is an American telecommunications holding company that provides wireless services and is a major global Internet carrier. It is the fourth largest wireless network operator in the United States, and serves 58.4 million customers as of January 2016.The company also offers wireless voice, messaging, and broadband services through its various subsidiaries under the Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and Assurance Wireless brands, and wholesale access to its wireless networks to mobile virtual network operators. The company is headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas. United States Cellular Corporation: United States Cellular Corporation, d.b.a. U.S. Cellular, is a regional carrier which owns and operates the fifth-largest wireless telecommunications network in the United States, serving 4.8 million customers in 426 markets in 23U.S. states as of the third quarter of 2015. The company has its headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.CdmaOne,CDMA2000 1xRTT, EV-DO Rev 0, Rev A
700/850 MHz LTE.

Cellular South:Cellular South Inc. d.b.a. C Spire headquartered in Ridgeland, Mississippi, is the sixth largest wireless provider in the United States and the largest privately held wireless provider in the United States. The company is a full-service provider of transport, Internet and telecom services. C Spire has approximately 1,200,000 customers in Mississippi, the Memphis Metropolitan Area, the Florida Panhandle, parts of Alabama including Mobile. The company also holds 700 MHz and AWS licenses covering most of Tennessee and Alabama, though it has not yet extended service to these areas. On September 20, 2011 Cellular South, Inc. filed a trademark application for the C Spire Wireless name and two days later announced that it would market its services under the C Spire Wireless brand effective September 26.[3] C Spire Wireless is owned by the holding company Telapex, Inc., which also owns Telepak Networks, Inc., and several smaller Mississippi telecoms.

Cellcom: Cellcom is a regional wireless service provider based in De Pere, Wisconsin, with roots that date back to 1910. Cellcom began providing service from its office in Green Bay in 1987, when its parent company, Nsight, entered the wireless industry.Cellcom offers a variety wireless communication devices, including feature handsets, smartphones, home phones, tablets, residential and mobile broadband. Outside of its own regional network, the company partners with other regional and national carriers to provide nationwide voice and data service. Cellcom uses CDMA and 4G LTE technology. Cellcom’s retail area includes northeast and central Wisconsin and Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

Southern Communications Services: Southern Communications Services, Inc (d/b/a as Southern LINC Wireless) is a regional iDEN carrier providing coverage in areas of the south east United States including Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, and Florida.Roy Barron, long time Southern Company veteran, was the company’s first president. His team including long time Southern Company veteran Danny Moore as CFO, Harold Gwinn from Alabama Power as VP of Engineering, and Jeffrey Brooks, previously with Vanguard Cellular Systems, as SVP Sales Marketing and Service. Southern Communications had is corporate headquarters in Atlanta, while billing and switching facilities were concentrated in Birmingham.
